Prof. Guy Mundlak

Guy Mundlak (SJD Harvard Law School 1995) holds a joint appointment in the Faculty of Law and in the Department of Labor Studies, School of Society and Policy in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Chair). His research deals with the impact of law on the labor market, the institutions of the welfare state, and on the internal operations of organizations. His approach looks at the relationship between law, politics and economy, using lens that account for structures of voice, power and accountability in private and public social settings. Most recent manuscript published is "Organizing Matters" (International Labour Organization and Elgar Press 2020) as well as numerous articles in journals and edited collections. Guy also serves in public and civil society supervisory boards, an editor in the International Labour Review, and acts as a mediator in collective disputes.
