Through the Policy Research of philanthropy, we study regulatory aspects that affect giving and philanthropy in Israel. Main research projects include the examination of incentives and barriers to establishing giving through philanthropic foundations in Israel; The status of NPI’s on VAT in Israel; The impact of policy and regulation on philanthropic activity in local municipalities and a project aimed at monitoring administrative, ministerial and legislative actions affecting giving and philanthropy in Israel.
